Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal Under applicable law, consumers have the right of withdrawal, allowing them to change their mind about an online purchase of goods or services. This right may be exercised before the delivery of the item.
Receipt of an Incorrect or Damaged Order Armenian Drums commits to refunding within 14 days any item presenting hidden defects or quality issues upon reception. The refund will be issued, depending on the case, as a bank account credit or as store credit on the website. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of an incorrect item or model being sent during order preparation, Armenian Drums commits to exchanging the item. Return and reshipment costs will be covered by the seller. In cases of abnormal or abusive claims, Armenian Drums reserves the right to refuse future orders.
Items Not Eligible for Refund Products ordered on the official website www.armeniandrums.com are refundable within 14 days of the delivery date, with the exception of the following cases:
- Any item damaged by scratches, wood cracks, or varnish wear
- Any digital product (Sheet music, Courses, Manuals)
- Any instrument reeds (hygiene standards)

Return risks and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Armenian Drums reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
